This Policy describes the principles of personal data processing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
- Account data: e-mail address, password (in encrypted form).
- Billing data: invoicing details, payment history (payments are handled by an external operator — we do not store full card data).
- Content: uploaded tracks, video materials, generated edits and metadata.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, logs, cookie identifiers.

4. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the operation of the Service and — with consent — analytics cookies. The scope of consents can be managed in the cookie banner and in your browser settings.
5. Recipients and data transfers
Data may be entrusted to trusted processors: cloud infrastructure providers, payment operators and publishing platforms (to the extent necessary to publish edits on the User’s accounts).
When transferring data outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention period
We retain data for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law (e.g. accounting records — 5 years). After the Account is deleted, data is deleted or anonymized, except for data whose retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- The right to access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- The right to rectification, erasure (the „right to be forgotten") and restriction of processing.
- The right to data portability and to object.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the President of the UODO.
8. Security, contact and changes
We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including transmission encryption and access control. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.
