1. General provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the EDIMI website and application, available at edimi.ai, provided electronically by the Service Provider. The Terms are made available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored.

The Service Provider is Dominik Łupicki, conducting sole proprietorship business under the name „DOMINIK ŁUPICKI", ul. Nadwarciańska 74, 62-040 Puszczykowo, entered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG), NIP 7831935719, REGON 542541590. Contact: kontakt@edimi.ai.

Using the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The User is obliged to use the services in accordance with the law, good practice and the provisions of this document.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of the Terms, the following meanings of terms are adopted:

ServiceThe EDIMI platform together with the application and related functionalities.
UserA natural person, legal person or organizational unit using the Service.
EditA short video in vertical format (9:16) generated automatically from the User’s track.
GemA billing unit; 1 gem = 1 generated edit.
AccountAn individual User profile in the Service, secured with a login and password.

3. Types and scope of services

EDIMI enables the automatic creation of short video edits synchronized to the rhythm of a track, the addition of synchronized captions (lyrics) and publication on connected social platform accounts via their official APIs where that integration is enabled.

Scope of functionality

  • Generating unique variants of edits from source material.
  • Caption synchronization at the word and syllable level.
  • Scheduling and publication through active API integrations.
  • Managing connected social platform accounts within a single panel.

The scope of available features depends on the selected plan (Starter, Pro, Max) and the available pool of gems.

4. Account and registration

Creating an Account requires providing an e-mail address and setting a password. The User is obliged to confirm the e-mail address and to keep the login credentials confidential.

The User is responsible for actions taken within the Account. Any case of unauthorized access must be reported to the Service Provider without delay.

5. Gems, plans and payments

Using edit generation is billed in gems. Subscription plans grant a monthly pool of gems; the User may purchase one-time top-up packages.

Payments are handled by an external payment operator (Stripe). Prices are stated in Polish zloty (zł) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

ℹ
Gems from one-time packages do not expire. Gems from a monthly plan renew on the billing date and — unless the plan states otherwise — do not accumulate between periods.

6. User content and licenses

The User declares that they hold all rights to the tracks, video materials and other content uploaded to the Service, to the extent necessary for their processing and publication.

The User grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive license to process the uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the services (including generating and publishing edits). The Service Provider does not acquire copyright to the User’s content.

7. Publication on external platforms

Publication of edits, where available, takes place via the official APIs of platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). The User is obliged to comply with the terms of those platforms.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the operation, availability or moderation decisions of external platforms, including the removal or restriction of distribution of published materials.

8. Withdrawal and complaints

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. This right does not apply to digital content delivered in full with the User’s express consent before the withdrawal deadline (e.g. gems already used).

Complaints may be submitted to kontakt@edimi.ai. The Service Provider considers complaints within 14 days of receiving them.

9. Liability and termination of the contract

The Service Provider makes efforts to ensure the Service operates without interruption, but does not guarantee the absence of technical breaks. The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

The User may terminate the contract at any time by deleting the Account. The Service Provider may terminate the contract in the event of a gross violation of the Terms.

10. Final provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Terms for important reasons. Users are informed of changes in advance by electronic means.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services.
